Yves Camdeborde's Left Bank bistro is where neo-bistro began — and it's still one of the best meals in Paris. The dinner prix fixe (reservations only, booked months ahead) is a five-course journey through modern French cooking. At lunch, walk in and order from the carte: the terrine, the duck confit, and whatever the daily fish is. Pair with a carafe of Brouilly and watch the Panthéon through the window.
